Welcome to Dose of Soul Therapy
Hi, I’m Brandy Stith, MA, LPC.
I’m a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive therapist and founder of Dose of Soul Therapy. My work centers on creating a space where you can exhale, settle in, and reconnect with parts of yourself that deserve care and compassion.
As a Black therapist serving BIPOC communities, I understand how courage, identity, and cultural context shape the healing journey. I have particular experience supporting clients through grief and loss, alongside the everyday emotional challenges that come with relationships, identity, trauma, and life transitions. If therapy hasn’t always felt accessible or safe, you’re not alone — and you’re welcome here.
My approach blends clinical expertise with human connection. I use evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, EFT, ACT, and mindfulness, alongside grounding and creative practices, like baking :), when they support your process.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and support healing that feels authentic and sustainable. You don’t need perfect words or a perfect story. You just have to begin.
At Dose of Soul, therapy is not reserved for crisis. It’s a space for care, reflection, and intentional support — wherever you are in your journey.
